• All customers are for the purpose of these terms and conditions and the contract between them and Chris Rose Dog Training referred to as the “client”
  • The intellectual property rights in Chris Rose Dog Training’s programmes will at all times be the property of Chris Rose Dog Training. In the event of those intellectual property rights being shared with others, the client indemnifies Chris Rose Dog Training for any costs, losses and expenses that Chris Rose Dog Training may suffer as a consequence of that breach.
  • Chris Rose Dog Training confirms that the Contract between Chris Rose Dog Training and the client has taken place within England and Wales. The acceptance of payment is in accordance with and is deemed to be accepted within England and Wales. The agreement should be subject to and construed in accordance with English law and Chris Rose and the client hereby agree that any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  • The clients’ access rights to Chris Rose Dog Training’s training techniques, theories are personal to the client. In the event of Chris Rose Dog Training becoming aware of the client sharing dog training techniques with anyone else, the client would be liable to Chris Rose Dog Training for the equivalent of the appropriate relevant fee then payable for each person that access details has been supplied to by that client.
  • The client will receive ongoing support after the initial consultation only if the client provides a follow up report within 2 weeks from the initial consultation. Otherwise ongoing support supplied in emails, over the phone, text or messages or any other media will be withdrawn from `Chris Rose Dog Training (Chris Rose)` Further advice will only be provided after another fee for a 121 service or by a fee for a follow service.
  • Chris Rose Dog Training (Chris Rose) has the right to change, cancel or withdraw any appointment made between the `client` and `Chris Rose Dog Training (Chris Rose)` And without any prior notice. However `Chris Rose` of `Chris Rose Dog Training will make every effort to provide a reasonable notice for cancellation of a 121 dog training service. `Chris Rose` cannot be held accountable for any loss to the client for any cancellation of the 121 service.
  • Until a deposit has been received by the client for a 121 service then no appointment will be arranged for the service of a 121. It is also the client’s responsibility to confirm payment to `Chris Rose Dog Training` in writing either by email, text or other social media messaging service used by `Chris Rose` that a deposit has been paid.
  • Deposit for 121 dog training are non-refundable should the client decide not to want to hire the services of `Chris Rose Dog Training (Chris Rose) or unable to, through illness, physical injury or change of mind.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to put the dog training programmes into effect. Chris Rose Dog Training does not have an input into the programmes being put into practice after the 121 service. One to one training will attract costs which will be agreed between Chris Rose Dog Training and the client at the time of them agreeing the extent of the one to one training that will be provided (if applicable) by Chris Rose Dog Training.
  • Chris Rose Dog Training does not accept any responsibility or liability if the training programme does not work on the clients’ dog. If any liability is placed on Chris Rose Dog Training, its liability will be limited to the consultation fee paid by the client.
  • During the 121 dog training service, the client should seek permission from `Chris Rose` in writing to seek permission to use photography, video or recording of sound for personal use only to aide with the `clients` dogs training.

Complaints and Social Media

If the `client` or `member` has any complaints about the services that has been undertaken for dog and puppy training. Then the `client` or `member` should contact directly `Chris Rose Dog Training` Chris Rose first. No complaints should be published to any social media without the consent of Chris Rose Dog Training or Chris Rose. Any client or member failing to adhere to this will be liable for law action.

Dog / Puppy Training Classes / Events

  • Until payment has been received by the client for the specific class or event, the `client` will not be entitled to attend such class or event. It is also the client’s responsibility to confirm payment to `Chris Rose Dog Training` in writing either by email, text or other social media messaging service used by `Chris Rose` that a deposit or full payment has been paid.
  • Chris Rose Dog Training cannot facilitate the client to attend other dog or puppy classes for missing out on classes that the client signed up for under the same payment. If the client wishes to access training classes missed then the client will be required to enrol and pay separately for the specific course.
  • Chris Rose Dog Training is the professional training arm of the Chris Rose Dog Training, a Company registered in England under Company Number (registration in process) based at its registered office at 36 Friars Crescent, Delapre, Northampton, NN4 8QA
  • It is the responsibility of the client to put the dog training programmes into effect. Chris Rose Dog Training does not have an input into the programmes being put into practice after dog or puppy classes including events. One to one training will attract costs which will be agreed between Chris Rose Dog Training and the client at the time of them agreeing the extent of the one to one training that will be provided (if applicable) by Chris Rose Dog Training.
  • During dog and puppy and puppy classes including events, the client should seek permission from `Chris Rose` in writing to seek permission to use photography, video or recording of sound.
  • Chris Rose Dog Training confirms that the Contract between Chris Rose Dog Training and the client has taken place within England and Wales. The acceptance of payment is in accordance with and is deemed to be accepted within England and Wales. The agreement should be subject to and construed in accordance with English law and Chris Rose and the client hereby agree that any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

However `Chris Rose` of `Chris Rose Dog Training will make every effort to provide a reasonable notice for cancellation of any specific class or event. `Chris Rose` cannot be held accountable for any loss to the client for any cancellation of any classes or events not going ahead.
